Health and Social Care
FCT works with the adult social care sector to provide high quality, accredited
training and assessment, mandatory training and tailored programmes.
Programmes for care organisations include:

Diploma Levels 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s services
We only employ trainers and assessors who have extensive recent experience in
the care profession, and who have a genuine commitment and passion to work
alongside care staff to develop each individual and meet the organisation’s
aims and objectives. We will identify and actively support individual learning
styles to deliver a person centred training programme. The programmes will
enable the individuals to take responsibility for their own learning to
maximise their experience.
